Organization:
The Conservation Law Enforcement Association (CLEA) has a president,
board of directors and other administrative officers who provide
leadership and direction to the organization. This leadership is provided
by a broad representation of individuals from nearly fifty different
agencies.
Membership Information:
Membership is granted to those who attend the annual Conservation Law
Enforcement Association Conference held each February in Prescott,
Arizona.
CLEA Goals:
The goals of the Conservation Law Enforcement Association are to:
- Provide quality Advanced Officer Training for member agencies.
- Provide for interaction among member agencies.
- Provide for professional development.
- Provide a forum for communication between CLEA agencies and members.
- Develop educational support for CLEA.
- Aid CLEA and related personnel in improving standards and ethical expectations with the public.
- Provide a means of obtaining research and development assistance for CLEA agencies.
